This is an early version and I'd love your honest feedback: what's confusing, what's broken, what you wish it did, or just what you found interesting.
✋ One quick thing — I need your email to send your reward. As a thank-you for helping, I'd like to send you a promo code, and I can only do that if I have a way to reach you. I may also have a quick follow-up question about your feedback.
I'll keep your email on file to send your promo code and possibly follow up. I will never sell it, share it, or send you spam. You can ask me to delete it any time. See the privacy policy.

Filter, Seek and Correlation combine several metrics at once.
In 2022, Connecticut replaced its 8 counties with 9 planning regions that split and recombine former county boundaries. Data sourced from planning regions have been averaged so Connecticut can still be compared across years and with other counties.
⚠ The US Religion Census counts congregants, not residents. This means that some counties may exceed 100% if more people travel from neighboring areas. Values have been capped at 100%

Residual: the gap between a county's actual value and what the LOESS curve (gold line on the scatter plot) predicts for it — a flexible fit rather than a straight line, since the relationship can bend.
Dot size on the scatter plot reflects county population. r and the curve can be weighted by population or land area (buttons above the chart) — default is unweighted, one county = one observation. Correlation across counties — doesn't imply causation, and county-level patterns may not hold at the individual level.
